day one and work closely with our founding team. This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties
⭐️Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to Kodecoon’s community
⭐️Share Kodecoon’s vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
⭐️Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
⭐️Maintain customer relationships and build a strong Kodecoon community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
⭐️Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
⭐️Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
⭐️Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
⭐️Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
⭐️Relationship manager for our Kodecoon’s community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Skills & Qualifications

⭐️Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mother Tongue is a plus!
⭐️Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Trainer will undergo a Management Associate Programme, it is a 24-month programme that offers you the opportunity to gain exposure and build knowledge in various aspects of the academy. Using these 24 months to identify the best fit for yourself, you will then be permanently deployed to one of the divisions in Kodecoon Academy to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in a specific area of support for the academy.

Responsibilities & Duties.

Core Role: Teaching

⭐️Adopt Kodecoon’s pedagogy to best deliver coding classes in the form of regular weekly classes, ad-hoc programs or school programs for local or international students in Singapore
⭐️Guide students through the development of a final project that will be presented and distributed to fellow classmates and parents
⭐️Facilitate a dynamic and collaborative classroom community
⭐️Inspire students to persevere through the challenges their ideas into actual creative products
⭐️Work closely with lead instructors to provide parents with meaningful and prompt feedback on the students’ progress

Track 1: Curriculum Manager

⭐️Lead research and development initiatives to find out the latest software or hardware edtech teaching tools for curriculum development
⭐️Spearhead curriculum development in different programming languages, not limited to Python, game development, and mobile apps development
⭐️Create curriculum content for students from ages 4 years old onwards with proper lesson plans to be used in Kodecoon’s ad-hoc workshops, regular term classes and/or holiday camps
⭐️Test out the newly created curriculum in the form of workshops, or hands-on activities with Kodecoon’s students
⭐️Go through continuous iterations to improve the current curriculum or newly developed curriculum based on feedback received

Track 2: Training & Quality Control Manager

⭐️Spearhead the quality control efforts of Kodecoon Academy’s teaching team by reviewing the instructors’ class performance and also curriculum materials to see if there is any potential for improvement
⭐️Lead the training efforts to onboard new or upskill existing instructors and trainers to enhance the teaching quality
⭐️Speak to Kodecoon Academy’s parents to gather feedback on areas of improvement
⭐️Create a community of trainers open to sharing feedback and constant improvement
⭐️Improve curriculum in the area of content development (for e.g. common content that is misconstrued by students, or simplification of content presentation)

Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a full-time Robotics Instructor to teach and lead our coding and robotics enrichment programs for children aged 4-16. The ideal candidate will have a passion for robotics, programming, and education, with experience in teaching and managing children in a classroom setting. As a Robotics Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective robotics curricula, managing and maintaining the robotics lab, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

⭐️Develop and deliver robotics and coding curricula to students of various ages and skill levels
⭐️Teach students how to use robotics equipment and programming software
⭐️Manage and maintain the robotics lab, including equipment and supplies
⭐️Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and support to students and parents
⭐️Organize and lead robotics competitions and events
⭐️Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in robotics technology and education
⭐️Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and implement cross-disciplinary projects and events
⭐️Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
⭐️Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

⭐️Experience in teaching and managing children in a classroom setting
⭐️Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Scratch, and Java
⭐️Familiarity with robotics equipment and software, such as Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, and VEX Robotics
⭐️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⭐️Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⭐️Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging and effective curricula
⭐️Ability to adapt to changing technology and education trends
⭐️Strong organizational and time management skills
